Resident Evil Retribution Review
Would have been great if it was a video game…
But sadly it is not. Basically I didn’t like this movie and that’s my opinion and I’m sticking to it. On the up side though, there were some great cameos from almost every major character in the Resident Evil universe.
Pros
- Milla Jovovich is hot and not to bad an actor
- Michelle Rodriguez is also hot and is a total badass in this movie and she does great acting in a different kind of role
- 3D and effects are decent
Cons
- The dialogue is terrible
- The sound associated with the guns are terrible (When a 357 goes off, I expect a MUCH louder sound…disappointing)
- There’s really two good actors and I already described them above
Overall this movie is crap. If you don’t believe me then go see it. I’m not going to stop you. Paul W.S. Anderson needs to kill this undead franchise before it fully rots.
